Third Party Communication Service

A UK based service to facilitate coparenting when direct communication is not easy or not permitted.

About us

ABOUT US

Helping parents communicate

There are situations in which direct communication between parents is not possible or beneficial.

This may be due to legal constraints or simply parents finding it easier to communicate through a third party.

This service offers a way for parents to communicate in a safe and effective way. Whether to request a change in a custody arrangement, discuss things needed for Monday at school or sharing photos of your children on their days out.

Other coparenting apps use AI to adjust messages, however, this service offers communication through a third party, which allows for communication when legal barriers (such as non-molestation or restraining orders) prevent direct communication.

How it works

How it works

Step 1

One party takes out a subscription

Step 2

We allocate a service number and email both parties

Step 3

Either party emails TPCService and we pass the email to the other party

Subscriptions

Subscriptions

Our subscription price is set at £4.99 per month.

Only one party needs to pay the subscription and this allows for 2 email addresses per account.

Contact our subscriptions department to discuss adding further emails. These will come with an extra cost.

There is a fair usage policy to limit overloading the system. This is generous and you will be warned when you get close to exceeding this limit.

We give no preferences to the subscription payer. Both parties will be treated equally.

If you can't afford a subscription

We don't want the subscription cost to be a barrier to the service, so please contact us if you cannot afford this cost and if you meet the criteria, you may be able to access the service for free for a period of time

If you have particular trigger words that you wish to not be included in the communications you receive. Please inform us.

Any threats of harm or violence to yourself or others will be reported to the police.
